Congratulations to you, it's such a big deal,
So happy, so excited, that's how we feel,
Conratulations to you, Caryn and Sunil.
The glow on Caryn's face shines so bright
We've seen the sonogram. Oh! What a delight
Your lil peanut will fill us with joy
We are happy to hear it is a little boy.

Caryn, this is for you.

Shoes in the kitchen, jeans on the floor
Basketballs lying at the back door
Living room carpet will show signs of wear
The fridge and the cupboards will be constantly bare!
The toilet seat will be up, it'll be stuck that way!
The sports on TV will blare all day
For racetracks, for footballs, for every single toy.
Be prepared Caryn, mother of a boy.
BUT
A rose can say I love you, and orchids can enthrall
But a weed bouquet in a chubby fist, that will say it all!
Caryn you'll see some tantrums, some pranks, and some wiles
But you'll also get the warmest hugs, and the sweetest smiles!
Sunil, this is for you.
A little boy oh my! Full of spirit and fun!
To explore and to conquer, to romp and to run
With boundless curiosity, and the spirit to explore
Two twinkling eyes, a smiling face, and energy galore.
With scuffed up knees and elbows, with scratches here and there
A daring, caring, sharing heart, a mass of tousled hair
A dirty face, a banged up chin
A courageous heart and a boyish grin
A love of life, a bit of sass, a source of untold joy.
A wonderment, a dream fulfilled, God's miracle...a boy!

Roll out the red carpet, let's hear the roll of drums!
For Baby Saxena, heeerrre he comes!
To have their first "pota"! Oh Lord! It's such a craze!
For new Dadi and Baba, Chitra and Jugesh
Another brand new grand kid, whoever can complain,
It is the best gift ever, for Barry and Sally Lane
Above all is great grandpa (Nana)
His face beaming with pride
The ecstacy in his heart, he just cannot hide!
May all the prayers and blessings, of all gathered here
Ensure a beautiful life, for our new baby dear!
