A video update concerning weight and returning to weight watchers. I didn't want to step back on a scale until I started physio therapy for the ankle. First weight check (personal, not at weight watchers) since the Thursday before the accident.

  • Sadly cardio is the best way for you to just burn fat. Though abdominal and upper body strength don't hurt.
