This rail doesn't "run". The turntable you see here is GONE. The old fools who "run" it cover a couple miles of track at 5 MPH cuz the tracks are declared unsafe at any higher speed. And the state subsidizes these fools?

This railroad is again running! A new group is running it as of 2009. Things are a bit changed the equipment and no roundhouse. It's Dec 2010.

This is sad to watch, because it's all gone now. They went under due to lack of ridership. The only good news, is that some of the equipment, including a locomotive went up to Ellsworth for the Downeast Scenic Railroad to put to use.
