Jacob and Hermione part 2: Right here Waiting

Hermione's POV

Set after the summer holidays going into 6th year
Jacob is acting weirdly around Hermione and for some days of term he vanishes leaving her worried and confused
After the christmas holidays Jacob arrives back at school looking renewed and fresh
Jacob decides to tell Hermione the secret he has been keeping from her ever since he arrived back in Hogwarts for his 5th year
Although Hermione doesn't act badly to what Jacob has just told her Jacob sees she is clearly uncomfortable around him now
He leaves to join the other werewolves again
Hermione knows why Jacob has left, rumours start to circulate around the school about the mysterious Jacob Black, some start to claim he is following in his relatives footsteps to become a deatheater, others claim he has something wrong with him such as being a werewolf. It all comes to ahead one day when Draco Malfoy taunts Hermione to her face about Jacob calling him a filthy half blood, Hermione responds by punching Malfoy, afterwards Hermione cries because she misses Jacob and because of the life he has led
After a few months the rumours and whispering die down and Hermione although still worried about Jacob and his whereabouts settles back into everyday life
During the summer holidays before there final year Hermione and her friends Harry and Ron are staying at the burrow and eavesdrop in on a conversation the order are having, saying that Voldemort and the deatheaters are going to attack the underground werewolf colony in the hope they will fight for Voldemort and they say Hermione can not come but she persuades them and they give in

Jacobs POV
At the werewolf colony the battle ensues, while Hermione is frantically searching for Jacob believing him to be there she is captured by the deatheater Antonin Dolohov, as Dolohov is just about to strike the final blow, Hermione spots Jacob standing upon a rock, she tells him to run instead he doesn't but morphs into a werewolf and attacks Dolohov.
After the battle has ended Hermione finds Jacobs broken body Dolohov is nowhere to be seen and has managed to escape. Jacob is then taken to st mungo's to recover from his injuries.
The remaining order memebers fight the last few deatheaters who then flee defeated
Back at the burrow Hermione anxiously awaits Jacobs return, when he gets there Hermione hugs him and tells him that she doesn't care if he is a werewolf she is still his friend and nothing in the world will ever change that.
