@NOTguineapigeon They've been raised in the USA though. They're "Americanized". Technically, I'm of European decent, but I am still educated here in the USA.
Pretty much everyone is of another decent in the USA.The only people that aren't are Native Americans.

i'm not american but i'm sure dropping grades isn't good, no matter where, actually they should add some.@to those who complain about school: wait till you finish it, you'll all realize how cool it was, and miss it a lot, enioy it as much as you can.

You can have all the grade levels you want but if the quality of the education doesn't go up then they count for very little. The problem isn't lack of intelligence or potential, it's that nobody cares anymore. "Oh, basic algebra is boring, Little Johnny? Well, screw it, you don't need that, right?"
