I had a really nice Sony XBR that lasted about 14 months before it started having a double image on and off. It finally gave out at about 18 months. I've had problems with other Sony products, too. I use to think they were a quality company, but finally gave up on them. I ordered a Samsung LED TV . . . . no more Sony for me.

Reply to: Oilhammer04.

Response: Hello there, I recently.. just read your comment on the Sony XBR Television. I have to say that you are 120% RIGHT. Sony, has been lacking on
1) Pixelazing the television, (Giving it more quality)
2) The price has been awful these years, For example, one of Sony's 58'' televisions.. cost about $12,600 like come on, LOWER the PRICE!.

But anyways, well said.

This is what i heard, this kind of tv only have oled on the side of the tv instead of having it all on the screen. For short its too expensive to make it all oled for the whole screen at this time.
