I have three (soon to be four!) Lhasa's and I do all my own grooming. Nails are a NIGHTMARE for me because all of my dogs will fight tooth and tail (pardon the pun) and no way can I clip their nails because they are incredibly strong. The boys in particular fight against me and even if I hold them down with quite a lot of force, they still manage to get away and this has twice caused me to cut the quick! The place looked like an abatoir!!

@cutiko depends on who's you Vet, if you go to a Vet that is big in the area the price is a lot. My Vet is local, she only charges $5. which is way better and of course she doesn't accept new customers and only to those people who she knows. She is good at what she does, I am sure you can find one in your area that is good!
