If indeed it was the limousine version. It could be a series 75 sedan (no divider window and bulkhead). We don't get a good enough look at the interior to know which it is.
The longer these cars were the better they looked. The extra length helped to visually balance the height and bulk. Except for the convertibles, they look balanced anyway.
Simply a great car and nice video. Thanks for posting it.
@TK572 - Cadillacs from the 1950's were rolling pieces of art. When you rode in them, you felt special, they had a presence on the road unlike any other car. I love those old Cadillac's, perhaps one day I'll own one. My cousin had a 1955 Cadillac Sedan DeVille and a 1959 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, she destroyed both cars, but back then, they were common, so no one really gave them a second thought...I'm sure she wishes she had them now.
@TK572 - I had an Uncle that used to sell Cadillac's, I remember these cars from my childhood, they were huge, My Uncle Scotty used to bing them home because they did that then. I got to ride in a lot of them, only thing, riding in the back seat used to make me car sick because of the way they floated down the road, I was OK in the front seat, but the back was bad news.
@JOHNINCOLUMBUS That's because the other cars ARE junk. The Cadillac need only be present to steal the show, no ground effects, lawn mower exhaust sounds, or bass systems needed or desired.

I would love to have one of them now.

I would take this over a Ferrari....Don't believe me?
If you could afford to offer me the choice-do so and you see what car I drive away in.
