Oh, forgot...the Spa, Belgium jump meet was somewhere in the late 60's time frame. Don't precisely remember. Hey, I'm old!! :-)

Last saw Colonel Kittenger in Spa, Beligum. He was the Honorary Jump Meet Director. Tried to get his signature in my jump log, but never could get that done. He is truely "the" space pioneer.

He was 31 on the first 2 jumps (76,400ft and 74,700ft) and was 32 when he did Project Excelsior, where he went 102,800ft.
