I hold a graduate degree in Organic Chemistry. I also work for one of the largest chemistry related companies in the world and we promote chemical education amongst youth. I taught high school chemistry (and designed lab curriculum) while I was an undergraduate and I taught various levels of college chemistry (both general and organic). Freezing point depression is a general chemistry topic and I taught various labs concerning the subject. I have no need to lie.

This is fake everyone and don't waste your time trying this. Adding salt and sugar to water (more so salt) causes freezing point depression..not freezing point elevation. This is the reason salt is added to the roads. The salt allows the ice(a solid phase of water) to melt at otherwise freezing temperatures. However, you can create super saturated solutions that flash crystallize and "look like ice" post crystallization. Stop posting stuff like this on youtube. I'm a chemist btw.
