  • Some questions, John:

Who is A.I. designed to benefit within a business or organization?

Why are the advocates for A.I. almost exclusively business executives, management teams and CEOs?

How do justice, ethics and fair play fit into A.I.?

If change is bad, wrong or destructive should we fight against it?

  • Very nice video John :-)

  • What if management use this as a tool to sweep their own transgressions under the carpet?--such as ruthless treatment of employees. It strikes me as tactic to implement change without protest from employees or else they'll be branded as "emphasizing the negative". What a way to suppress resistance.

What I'd like to know is--where do the concepts of justice and fair play fit into Appreciative Inquiry?
