@mophead684 there are plenty of mistakes from ringo on their albums, ringo isnt the best drummer he doesnt have the best time, a band isnt as good as their drummer or the beatles, metallica hundreds of other bands wouldnt be as big as they are, talent has nothing to do with popularity, listen to revolution 1 his timing isnt the greatest on that track

Is it just me or does this sound almost nothing like The Beatles or Metallica? I was expecting more of a resemblance with the sound of the respective bands. Anyway, it's a pretty catchy song.

@PrimaPunchy ringo was tight... show me a mistake on a beatles track. He was known as "metronome man" because he'd record multiple takes of a tune without a click track and theyd always be able to splice them together afterwards because his tempo was so fucking solid. Dave Grohl once said "a band is only as good as its drummer" and I totally agree. If Ringo was shit then how come the beatles were so succesful? If you ask me Ringos drumming for the beatles was spot on.
