i wish i can train on my own but i have small space at my house, no backyard! cant walk to a park, my mom has leg problems tries not to drive so much, i dont think 2 practices are enough but i am determined to find space and train on my own, you are the best coach, mentor, friend, counselor or whatever i have seen, i really appreciate the time you take to make these videos and reply to everyone, the best

recommended reps for each (i know ur gonna give me an answer then say depending on how challenging i see it but lets just say for someone who has never done it before then i can measure myself and c how much i should increase by) thanks your the best man

@hellhowudo - It's because the Music is owned by someone else so they have an ad on my video. Which creates money for them. Make sense?
