  • recommended reps for each (i know ur gonna give me an answer then say depending on how challenging i see it but lets just say for someone who has never done it before then i can measure myself and c how much i should increase by) thanks your the best man

  • @hellhowudo - It's because the Music is owned by someone else so they have an ad on my video. Which creates money for them. Make sense?

  • i wish i can train on my own but i have small space at my house, no backyard! cant walk to a park, my mom has leg problems tries not to drive so much, i dont think 2 practices are enough but i am determined to find space and train on my own, you are the best coach, mentor, friend, counselor or whatever i have seen, i really appreciate the time you take to make these videos and reply to everyone, the best
