Creationists are scared poopless of facts and knowledge. In a pathetic attempt to protect their illusions of an afterlife, they attack all that they RECOGNIZE as falsifying and refuting their delusional beliefs. Scientific explanations (theory) of mountains of evidence (fact) are particularly threatening to people who are too ignorant, obtuse, or scared to recognize that Genesis is an allegorical creation myth. Those Christians who recognize that the Bible is allegorical and packed with human-invented error, need not fear knowledge.

The human brain contains over 100 billion neurons, and roughly 1 quintillion synapses. But how did it all get started? How did the first nervous systems, the first brains evolve? How did a bunch of simple cells evolve into a biological computer?
