At first I thought, maybe look for a DL1000, because the 650 has less power, but after watching a couple of video's, the V-strom is fast enough to skip ahead in traffic. For top speed I don't care, V-strom is not made to race with.

No mods. All standard. I did tape the camera-mic closed to avoid annoying wind noise. I think that work rather well. That may also change exhaust-noise?
