  • Glad you enjoyed it, Rob - will let everyone know how it goes over the next few weeks. Interestingly, if already felt a bit different after making this video...

  • funny thing is, I have this book, it's sitting on the file cabinet, and I have never read it, and now you have me thinking, that I want to read this, and list some of my fears, and working on them. I wish you well in your efforts in conquering your fears, I think sometimes we can look back with amazement and see what we really have done, once we find a rational better way of dealing with life and the things that invoke fear in us.

  • Great post, Catherine!

There actually IS a new tech that conquers how irrational fears elicit physical responses. I won't spam any links, but you can look up "Novanetics" by Douglas Myrick. It pretty much snips the cord between trigger and reactions. Anyway, thanks so much for your great post, here!

  • I was screaming my head off on Quantum, and I actually went into shock afterwards. xD So I'm no better than you. I'm glad to see that you've faced your fear though!

  • Thanks for sharing Cath. Look forward to the update.
