@TheDOSUser Not quite, OS 8.6 was much faster and stable... OS9 had become bloated.

Looking at this video makes me feel glad I don't have to use os 9 anymore. You couldn't burning CDs or DVDs using firewire until os 9.1 came out. If you tried to operate 3 programs at the same time, os 9 froze on you. I thanked God when Panther came out.
