It could b ur vista. Vista is not good on any laptop and Toshiba mack the best laptops. They where the first 1nz 2 make 1. But ur right they have a shit battery life.

toshiba is not a good company to buy from...dunno about their phones...
my laptop (toshiba) has like 40 minutes of battery and it takes 2+ minutes to load Youtube on vista format
