Empyrea probably has the highest defense of all bosses in Dragon Quest VIII. Thankfully, her HP isn't that high or this battle would be a nightmare.

Yeah, all bosses seem to be able to use disruptive wave and there are some that use ice wave! >.> Total pain in the backside the disruptive one! lol. You pwned that hippy bird! NICE! :D

I noticed that, for you, it says, "[Boss] generates a disruptive wave of energy!" For me, however, and a lot of other videos that I've seen of this, it's "[Boss] is enveloped in a wave of ice!"

Any idea why that is?
