List of New Things Added...

- The Stone of Voice is added, which will guide you through the game.
- Added Scyther's location.
- You can obtain HM Flash outside Mount Krystal in the game's Bad Side Mode if you haven't gotten it yet.


List of Bug Fixes...

- Occultales' and Pachirisu's front sprites are fixed.
- Losing from Richard or Stealth's battle in the aircraft will now warp you back to Rintah Town.
- Fixed the sandstorms in Silver Desert.
- Fixed the Rainleaf Town's Trainer's POKéMON party.
- Fixed Claire's POKéMON party.
- Fixed some trainer's POKéMON party.
- Fixed Stealth's POKéMON party.
- Fixed Mark's script in Krystal Mountain for Normal Mode.
- Fixed Richard in Fruits' Basket in Normal Mode.
- Fixed the Giratina script in Lost Shadow Valley for Normal Mode.
- Fixed the cave in the Gento Region.
- Fixed Dusk Path's Mineral Cave's Wild POKéMON.
- Fixed the movement permission in Oceania Sea.
- Fixed a trainer's view radius in Oceania Sea.
- Fixed a tile block in the PokeCenter.
- Fixed Kevin's script outside the ranger's headquarter's in Silkwind Path.
- Kronz's Blaziken's type is fixed from Fire/Flying to Fire/Fighting.
- Fixed the Stone of Voice for Normal Mode.

- You can now enter Vextra Forest early in the game.
- You can meet Light in Fortune Valley North instead in Silkwind Path.
- Changed Woobat's attacks.
- Charmander line can learn Flamethrower a bit early in level.
- Changed Princess Alice's battle sprite.
- Removed Kronz's flag.
- In Bad Mode, you can go back to Guardia Town after the event in the Hevah League.

Am I the only one having trouble getting this game to actually play? I downloaded it, extracted it with WinRar and it won't let me play it on the GBA emulator. I can play beta 4.3 and beta 2 but no others. It tells me that the file is an ips file after I extract it, can someone tell me what to do next?
