question, i have a thin eyebrow, how do i make them fuller?

I have one eyebrow that starts further out than the other...I've tried bringing my brows in closer but the hair has never grown properly towards the center, it just looks really messy. Even if I lightly draw them in a little to bring them closer they look funny and almost like I have a monobrow. Never sure what to do with my brows, they are so hard to keep looking nice!
