Here is Thomas Linley's (1756-78) Overture and Minuetto, from his immortal "Shakespeare Obe". It attributed to the English Poet William Shakespeare and composed in 1776. Performed by the Parley of Instruments Choirs & Orchestra, directed by Paul Nicholson.
Delightful!

Nice to see someone else promoting Linley's music. Have you heard the other recording of this ode by Philip Pickett and the Musicians of the Globe? The tempi are on the whole a bit more stately, but I find the interpretation much more interesting than Paul Nicholson's and the production quality is a lot higher :)
