  • Sorry, but it's not available. This video session was done live in 1981 in studio for French television featuring four of the songs from Tex's Ripsaw album, which hasn't been released on CD. How do I know? I'm Bob Newscaster, the other guitarist. That's Scotty Flowers on drums.

  • Oh man, so good to see Tex after so long. I always went to his shows in DC. What a talent.

  • @unidentifiedbassplay Wha ? Is he playing anywhere in the DC/Balt area this winter 2010 ?.thats great news that you saw him recently... Where did you see him ? Do they sell BUDS on tap ?

  • Tex is tough. I saw him at Louie's Rock City in Alexandria and other places around the DC area. Great memories.

  • I met Tex at a party in Richmond around 1978 and found him to be one one of the finest musicians I've ever know as well as one of the kindest peoplel on the planet.. He also sent me some tapes when I was ill. I wish him all the best and would love to catch up with him again now that I'm retired & living on Cape Cod. mary lou
