@dolphinbuc you have to look in the original teams' folders (that came with the game) and copy the picture files that are in the main folder (not home or away) to your teams' folders, and edit or replace. I had a hard time with this, too, trying to put my favorite high school teams' logos in the game.

No, it's an independently developed football simulator called Maximum Football, which appears to be fully customizable.
