Gone is the next phase of the speed enforcement campaign which addresses the issue of speed head on with a clear message from the Victorian Police and the Victorian community at large, saying weve all had enough.

The commercials depict the variety of methods Victoria Police are using to reduce speeding behaviour on our roads whether that be by hand held radar gun, mobile radar, moving mode radar, mobile speed camera or fixed speed and red light cameras.

This campaign clearly highlights to Victorian drivers the range of technologies that the Police are using to help change driving behaviour and encourage safer driving. There is zero tolerance for speeding drivers and riders putting their lives and other innocent peoples lives at risk.

The new television campaign was launched in late October 2008. Metropolitan and regional executions aired as 45 second and 30 second versions across the state. An extensive presence via outdoor advertising, to remind drivers while in their cars of the campaigns key message Well catch you before someone gets hurt formed part of the media activity along with reinforcement on radio and online channels.
