The Amazing F1 - Turbo Era (german comment)

My attempt , to summarize (cut of old videos) a film over the great formula 1 turbo era in 10 min (max length at you tube ) , just great ...1500ccm ( ~ 92 cui ) in qualification-trim near 1500 PS , real handshifting, no traction control etc. .
If I regard F1-videos ... then only the old era to the 90's with the real F1-Bolides and fights ;-)

mein Versuch , aus alten Videos , einen Film über die Formel 1 Turbo Aera in 10 min (max. Länge bei Youtube) zusammenzufassen (schneiden) . Einfach ne unglaubliche Aera , mit 1500ccm im Qualytrim bis 1500 PS, Handschaltung, keine Traktionskontrollen etc. .
Wenn ich mir F1-Filme anschaue, sind es jene der 60 - 90er ;-)

das was in 8:20-9:10 gesagt wird ist Total wichtig.

die haben damals die weiter entwicklung total gebremst.

heute wo die motoren effizienter werden müssen greifen wieder alle hersteller zu Turbo Motoren. hätte die F1 damals weiter forschen dürfen hätten wir heute viel Bessere und Effizientere Motoren in den Serien autos.

Dumm gelaufen Menschheit.

@DevouringKing ich weiss nicht was du mit effizienz meinst aber turbo motoren saufen sprit ohne ende der einzige vorteil ist das man kleinere motren einsetzen kann und im schnitt ein leichteres kompakteres auto bauen kann .... aber effizienz erreicht man durch sachen wie chip tuning direkt einspritzung und digitale motor steuerung ... der turbo wurde einfach eingesetzt weils ein einfach weg war enorme leistungssteigerung zu erreichen allerdings auf kosten und berherschbarkeit u.a.

@nicholirage  i gues it would depend on the type of turbo , or twin turbo. or bi turbo .

you are correct most of the time . as small capacity engines will make less exhaust gasses usually .

but some company's like porsche have their turbo's spool up at 3500 and plateau power all the way to about 500 shy of red line . but they know there beans . and they are not most cars .
