They are only a 10min walk to both central Surfers Paradise one way and also the great alfresco restaurants of Tedder Ave in Main beach the other way.

With a newly refurbished pool and a lovely gazebo by the barbeque you will definitely feel relaxed here. Kids can play in the large secure grassed area that is shaded by huge tree and if you have a boat or wish to hire one while on your holiday you can moor it in their private marina. For those who feel like getting a bit more energetic on holiday you can also hire the surf ski or jet ski to enjoy a nice tour of the river bank.
