All you stupid dumbs think that they did all those muscules by only taking drugs? It's a 24/7 job, training 2 times per day, day after day, eating still the same ugly food and its such a fucking shame that you dumb thing that you take steroids and within one day you become a "monster" vooila -,-

this song helped me and heres a nice tip that got me form 215lbs to 242lbs (including water weight of course) bulking from aug to january....d.l this to a mp3 and use it when your about to overcome your maximum weight...use the first 1:20 to get your head in it... then form then on start right after the 'I CANT BE STOPPED!" then when your about to feel tired... perfect timing for "YOU NEVER GIVE UP" then your done and then you hear arnold talk to you... best for results..
