A young man got beat up by a crowd of people on the bus (the guy with no shirt) the video is of the OC officers arriving to the scene. Unfortunately the bus driver did not open the back doors as 12 to 15 men started attacking the victim for the duration of what seemed to be 2 minutes. He was not able to escape.

It is clearly evident that in situations resembling the current video, foul play certainly can appear at the hands of the authoritative workers. I proceeded to record the event since there is no question about that the possibility of escalation. The need for civilian documentation was dismissed by the color of law from a gentleman from the bus company.

@pcfxer OC Transpo special constables have the same authority as a police officer on OC Transpo property. They can arrest and charge on any criminal/provincial act that a police officer may. OC Transpo fines are not private law, they are municipal bylaws. Private law are civil laws that involve contracts etc between individuals. You say you're taking law? Well you clearly have absolutely no clue what you're talking about.

next time get a clear shot of the bus number, the date and the time. then the driver behaving outside his authority can be easily identified. bus drivers are to stay in their buses in situations such as this one. they are not to harass passengers.
