Latin America is not so infiltrated and Venezuela would be the most free. Why do you think Chavez gets such a bad press in the first world? He kicked the globalist elite out and took all their property for the people. The people actually do benefit, regardless of what the press say. Watch "the war on democracy" by john pilger. Well I live in Mexico. Its not as rife here. The news is pretty free still and the government don't seem as corrupt. Last week the National news reported that of 129 members of parliament only 6 had taken the flue shot .and they recommended people do not bother. I would say that's not a bad sign.

Not at all. I watched it happen over 40 years until I had had enough and left the country to live somewhere where there is freedom (at least more than in UK) 4 years ago.
