  • So this goes to all the AB 32 supporters. CA passes this law, all business under CARB that spew out CO2 instead of employing Californians will leave this state. The green jobs have yet to surface in fact a solar panel company has capped its work force and will not expand even though they received a huge subsidy.

What AB32 is just killing jobs in California while exporting companies outside the state. In the end we do not solve 'the problem' in fact CA will be the only state in full depression.

  • @razoredge45

There is one solar panel place in CA and they cannot compete with other US companies and China. Why, because the same law (AB32) will put more restriction on businesses making costs go up. Heck even Toyota decided not to expand a electric vehicle plant in CA because of our wacky over the top regulations. The thing is, if you take science courses you will find out the truth that Global Warming may or may not happen with or without the aid of humanity.

  • you people seem very active and enlightened to green movement, I want to take a tour of a Solor Panel mfg plant here In California does anyone know of one? I wanted to take my kids with me and show them How much this helps the state economy and creates all these jobs, and cleans up our enviroment..oh wait we dont have any...can anyone tell me where I can get a cheap plain tickets to go to Asia and see how it helps them? I guess if happens over sea's it different..thank god it doesnt effect us!

  • We should have voted no on 26 too

  • What a retarded commercial. If oil companies supported prop 23, there would be all kinds of yes on 23 ads. USE YOUR BRAINS PEOPLE, VOTE YES on prop 23 and suspend ab32 jobs killer

  • Lies Lies Lies....isnt it funny how they cast the oil companies as villains when it is convenient for them? What about the BP disaster ..the government gave them complete control over that region and barred american citizens from access. a foreign corporation had more rights than american citizens. environmentalists start here: Genetically modified food. depleted uranium. HFCS. Aspartame. Project Clover Leaf. Then google video "the disappearing male"

  • @TheSnarkyy1 Furthermore, we live in 21st century. We are not giving cars, computers, Air condition, planes, lights or anything like that. We are going to using oil until it's gone! Windmills, solar panels and stuff are not efficient and can't give us enough power to power anything significant, much less a car or something. Also, electric cars are no cleaner than gas ones, more oil and coal is burned at powerplants as opposed to at each car.

You did not mention that, I know, but it matters.

  • @ubeyouth I just told you that research about premature death is fake! Hien Tran did FAKE FAKE FAKE research on the premature death statistics. He has a degree from a pedophile on the Internet. That alone absolutely destroys CARB's credibility! Also, you think the air was cleaner back in the early 1900s or late 1800s? Get out of here. Everything was coal and dirty pollution.

I was wrong with the math it's 3/10 of one percent.

Once again, fake research on pollution deaths=yes on 23.

  • Kittens getting hurt = People voting NO Prop 23. Watch my kitten video :D

  • People who say that reducing carbon emissions in California will make no difference are missing the point. If we prove we can do it here, other states and countries might be willing to give it a try. Also, those who say that California has only 1/1000th of the world's land mass are forgetting that California's economy is the largest of any state in the US, and is the eighth largest economy in the world. Pollution is determined by the amount of economic activity, not by land mass.
