Dennis says "I want to thank God for the opportunity to sing with this group." David is right behind him thinking, "Thank me, mother-blam!-er!"

I've been looking for a clip of the Temptations being inducted in the Hall of Fame. That is a classic piece of history for the Classic Five and Dennis Edwards. Much Love! I can't figure out why Hall and Oates were up there with them. That was the Temptations moment, not theirs. They sang a beautiful tribute of Don't Look Back to Paul Williams, which was the song that Paul sang lead on. David Ruffin died 2 years later and Eddie Kendricks died 3 years later. Melvin Franklin died 6 years later.

@tommiexander
hall and oates are up there because at the time Hall & Oates were doing some shows with Ruffin & Kendricks.
That is all I know, look it up, I'm not a huge Temps fan. The only reason I have this vid is because I'm a big Stones fan and they were inducted the same night.
