What's wrong with having voted for Bush in 2000? Bush had a GOOD message THEN. That all changed a year after he got elected when he BACKED DOWN ON HIS PROMISES. When Bush ran in 2000, he had a pro-peace, pro-growth message, somewhat similar to Ron Paul's current message. It's too bad he strayed from that message. I wouldn't be ashamed to have voted for him then. Based on the facts, it was (at the time) a good decision.

Blaming America for the world's problems shows his inability to analyse events in the context which they happened.

During the primaries, Rudy must play down his liberal side to sway the generally right leaning Republican Primary Voters.
He'd be a good candidate for the National Election since he'd appeal more to Independant voters.
