@pathosbedlam Besides, there can always be someone dumb on the road who will kill you no matter how slow you are going. Some thing you cannot avoid no matter what (accidents happens everywhere), but that doesn't mean we should never leave our homes, does it?

@pathosbedlam I take that into consideration and ajdust speed to the the amount of traffic and the number of pedestians. On an empty road it can be safe to drive even 300 km/h, on a busy road even driving within the speed limit can be dangerous.One thing I know for sure - speed limits will never tell you what speed is safe in a given situation, you have to rely on your own judgement.

I've had four tickets against me in four years (age 20) and I haven't killed anyone yet, including myself. I must be a statistical anomaly or just genuinely lucky to be alive...right? Well not exactly. Police conveniently set traps where they know the speed limit is completely inappropriate and where drivers most often exceed limits, not where the most accidents occur. We must understand that speeding on one road at any given time is not the same as speeding on another road at the same time.

@Trebor6127 Your right, but can you guarantee that while your driving around, you won't come across someone doing something dumb, that causes you to have to brake hard or take evasive action? That's the real point of the video, shit can happen, don't find it while speeding.
