you know what is better than naturopathic medicine? Go to your local butcher and have him leak your blood. If you are only a little sick, he may drain only an ounce of blood. If you are really sick, he can drain maybe 2 or 3 quarts of blood. This is 100x more effective than leaky gut medicine.

i don't get that wet socks treatment, at least the explanation. Maybe it could work through activation some responses for the cold feeling in the human body, but drawing down lymph by just heat, there is not much differenc of lymph heat inside the body if one puts on wet socks. as limph canals or what are unidirectional, sudden squeezing or tremor in response to cold leeds to muscles squeeing limph nodes which drives lypmh into one direction, so maybe, immune cells reach the whole body faster.
