@NewSimpleadams its not illegal to smoke it, its just illegal if the police see you have it with you, so if the police catch you with it in person, no video evidence or whatever, that's when you`ll get arrested, and the people in there didn't call the cops on them so the cops didn't see them have it so they didn't get arrested.
