A quick update on my Sega Nomad screen repair/mod. The replacement screen finally arrived so I can now get to work bringing the console back to life :) . In this video I've stripped the console and test out the new screen.

The screen I bought came from DealExtreme and cost me around $32 USD. Search for LCD parking monitor. The model/version I bought was ET-350
