  • this seems to do a remarkable job of surfacing. To be honest, I am somewhat surprised at this because the edge appears to contact the work at a very steep angle

  • @Mueiwark you have to bend with a western style adze also if you want to work on a timber at ground level.

  • Interesting, it works like some kind of planer. Funny, like with most Jap tools you have bend over to use it.. Not very handy for tall westerners. ;)
