I strongly agree with your farming practices. I am a new farmer and I plan on raising 2 Berkshire pigs and 2 jersey steers this year. If all goes well I will buy 2 Berkshire sows with the income from the 2 hogs. Please keep up these videos. You are educating new farmers like me every day.

Andy it looks like she was throwing fine ground feed on the ground which is a complete waste (did you see the guy shaking his head as she did it?) anybody that knows anything about feeding hogs a dry powdery feed knows you feed it in a trough , most time you make a wet mix out of it so none will be lost .

Hi there, you really have a great video. Can i ask about your feeds? Do you self-mix it? Or you buy commercial feeds? If you do mix it yourself, what's the ratio of the ingredients?

great videos, I also use your style of raising my pigs, found your castration video most helpful, will be doing my 1st litter this spring, previously only had the pot belly pigs did the cut method & yes it bled more, will be doing the pull method with my Yorkshires. Nice to see tamworths, and good to see a nice approach to farming pigs, have you thought of adding orchards/forest foraging into the mix ?
