美食食譜 用電鍋做長年菜雞湯

材料:福菜60公克、長年菜500公克、鮮香菇3朵、雞腿2隻、紅蘿蔔20公克、薑5片。
調味料:鹽1茶匙、白胡椒粉1茶匙、雞肉高湯1800㏄、米酒50㏄、香油1茶匙

作法:
1.將雞腿肉切成大塊狀,再洗淨以滾水汆燙。
2.福菜加水洗淨泡水20分鐘,泡水過後我們再切成片狀備用。長年菜燙熟備用。
3.鮮香菇、紅蘿蔔、薑等全部食材都切成薄片狀備用。
4. 取一個燉鍋加入作法1.2.3全部食材一一的加入,再加上調味料一起調和,蓋上耐高溫的保鮮模,放入電鍋中,外鍋加入2.5杯水燉煮約45-50分鐘即可。
