NC Pre-Thanksgiving Snowstorm

A few days before Thanksgiving 2000, a surprise snowstorm hit Raleigh, NC and dumped 2-4" of snow. It was pretty exciting considering the forecast that morning only called for "rain" and no one was expecting an accumulating snowfall.
