ik some people say tegus arent the best pets but they are the smartest my tegu knows its name when he's out running all over my room ill b like cha cha watcha doing and he just looks back at me and walks over smart lizards but you do ahve to work with them almost non stop or else if you leave em to long they can get nasty but other wise amazing pets i love mine to death and ik any other tegu lover will say the same
