Bill Clinton is a man who can go without sleep for great lengths of time. However, he then requires a few naps throughout the day, which last about 10 or 15 minutes. His friends are all familiar with his nodding off during visits. This video clip isn't showing disrespect. It's showing his unconventional sleep habits!

How could he sleep-that big mouth was so loud. Maybe he had ear plugs.
