I see some heavy horizontal streaking. Does it come from the camera or from recompression with editing software?

@sourcerror Well, I went back and checked the original video and after playing it back w/ Media Player Classic I'd have to say that its Youtube's compression algorithm that's causing the horizontal streaking. Like all CMOS based cameras, the HMC-40 does have a slight rolling shutter issue; which is definitely increased exponentially after Youtube compresses the video for playback on their site; especially on white or light colored objects. This causes the look of horizontal streaking or banding.
