主役は Meikoさん。
最初は Meiko とレンのデュエットにしようと思ったのですが、同じ音程で一緒に歌わせると レンのほうが女の子っぽい、Kaito とはもう一緒に歌わせた、音域の近いミクやリンと一緒というのも、変化を付けにくい。めんどくさいや全部入れよう・・・　まあ、そんな風に勢いで作ったやっつけ仕事です。
（題名の「オールスター」というのは、むろん日本版だけです。さすがに Sweet Ann などは当分買わないはずです。）

It was originally composed as a technical sample data for Miku. So, it's no wonder you couldn't find someone who is not a Vocaloid singing this song.

What does its name mean (hoshi no kakera)? I know hoshi means star?

"Kakera" is a (broken) piece of something and also figuratively means trace or hint of something.

A literal translation of "Hoshi no kakera" may be "a fragment of star" but I guess I should choose more cute or poetic words. :)
