A poorly fitting saddle can cause pain, stiffness, lameness and even behavioral problems in your horse. Aw I have to tell my mom to get a new saddle! Oh I wanna cry now :'( He is now being a bad bad boy :'( aw I feel so stupid he now had a bad back :'( loves it when I ride him bareback now I see why :'(

  • @mrscaitihoch if you get a saddler in they will see if the saddle fits properly asnd what size is needed if it doesnt

  • what is damage has been done? can you still ride? and how do i know if a new saddle fits him well if there is still pain from before?

  • @totalhunterjumper I thought Arabians had narrow backs? At least, the ones that I've worked with do. Interesting.

  • A LOT of those bad habits are also caused by riding with a bit.

  • @iloveCASH100 well depends maybe on the breeding maybe its just a marking that happened, if you know the owner was very resposible then its prob just a marking or a bit of rain rot from a wet blanet :) but i unno i dont really know your horse so i couldnt tell ya

  • @CaseyHorses i know but the people that had her before were very responsible and would never put a saddle that didnt fit on her.....

  • @iloveCASH100 once the fur turns white it'll always be white just in case you didnt know that :)

  • Maybe they should have a saddle blanket under the saddle, that might stop the pain a bit..

My horse always bites at a pole when i put the saddle on because she is girth shy.

  • @totalhunterjumper every horse has done that before.....
