Choco just can't speak English. I don't even know why she said she could speak English. Shame on her.

4th. "All of that things" > Correction: all of those things.
5th. "calls etica verde" > Correction: called etica verde.
The fact that she made these mistakes doesn't mean she doesn't understand English or can't speak English. Actually, her answers were pretty understandable. A foreign accent and a few meaningless mistakes are things that Anglo-Saxons actually like. In miss universe u always see contestants with very heavy accents and very bad English grammar. Her English is just fine

1st. "Is the most of the important states" > Correction: Is one of the most important states
2nd. "We have so much weathers" > Correction: we have so many weathers"
3rd. "the more important thing" > Correction: superlative form should have been "the most"

OMG...that would be so embarrasing for miss choco...and miss cundinamarca doesnt stay back, it's so obvious ...she was reading...and none of these two ladies has sth interesting to show...

well....I don't think Miss Choco is stupid as you said...I think she doesn't speak English so she was in disadvantage...At least she was smart enough to realise that she didn't speak English and kept quiet. Rather that than saying something really dumb trying to speak Spanglish! ;)
