Bacon to start?
Consumption of pig lard (OR = 6.32) and fatty red meat (OR = 3.48) were found to be associated with increased risk of breast cancer. Nutr Hosp. 2007 Sep-Oct;22(5):565-72.
Significantly increased diabetes risk appeared to be most pronounced for frequent consumption of total processed meat and two major subtypes, which were bacon and hot dogs. Diabetes Care. 2004 Sep;27(9):2108-15.

So pig meat contributes to diabetes and cancer and you celebrate butter is "not guilty' of heart disease according to a selected article?

Read this from one of the world's most renowned nutritional health researchers on the subject of saturated fat:

This same study author (Dr. Jeff Volek from UConn) also found dietary sat fat LOWER blood lipids:
