I own the game, and i saw the WRC 08, the subaru sounds perfect. Either the youtube quality is bad, or you kids only know what a car sounds like from need for speed, either way, go back and play your kiddy games.

I am a Forza player but I have massive respect for Gran Turismo 5. Although I hate the standard vs Premium situation the cars that feature the full damage look great. If Gt6 has complete consistency (All premium, fixes car sound and same damage for each car) I will really consider buying the game. The gameplay looks great but I just can't accept the standard nonsense. If they broaden up the car list with higher end cars like Forza I will surely buy.

Polyphony was so embarrassed by their "damage physics" that they made up a bullshit rumor that it was unlocked....what a load of horseshit that so many people believed. Damage in single-player is ALL cosmetic anyway, so even if it was true it would be the worst development decision ever. That's like Infinity Ward saying, "for the next Call of Duty game where gonna make it so when you play online you don't see ANY blood at all.......until you prestige...."
