  • Damn guys. Dont kick a guy for trying to make an American product. This is a production shop not a custom shop...

I agree he could be making the cabinets out of oak plywood, but not everyone can afford it. This guy appears to be providing a good product that will compete with china / mexican product and he is using american labor.

I bet 50% of the homes in America have cabinets made with similar China made cabinets. I say hats off to the guy..

  • never heard of putting water in Dowell holler, that's a common technique??

I put glue in my case

  • Lol just read a few comments ...i really wish i had all that machinery and space in my shop ..I think most of the comments come from envious people , ....who cares what technique he is using , all that really matters is that he is hiring labor ( americans ) not chinese to do the work

  • VERY Nice Shop!

  • I think that every serious cabinet maker that as seen this video can't believe how inefficient , slow ,unsafe , unskilled these guys are. Man that shop is noisy. And i tough my shop was bad , but I would loose patience if I was their boss. I don't know if these guy are still opened.

  • my cabinet building technique , builds a stronger cabinet in half the time with no clamp machine and only one person and protective skids are also nailed under to protect cabinet base from chipping . If I built cabinets that slow , I would have gone bankrupt a long time ago. Those 2 clowns are super slow.

  • Are you using MDF or particle board?

  • @videosdelaschiquis The fibreboard swells from the water that's trapped in the hole and captures the dowel permanently under compression, no need for glue this way

  • Like seanstogner73 already said. Don't knock what this guy's building because it's designed to compete with similar products, NOT custom cabinets. It has it's place in the market & it's made in America. I am guessing he doesn't hire ILLEGALS. Considering what it is, it looks like it's well made overall. Someone asked why use water with the dowels. The water activates the glue & swells the dowels & the dowel holes to make a very secure joint (not my preference but they are NOT custom). America !!

  • "She'll"?? Where's the chick??
